Case Manager ​​
We’re hiring a Case Manager to assist clients with assessments, referrals, and ongoing support. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping individuals and families in need. Social services experience preferred. Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
