The primary function of the Donation Assistant is to assist the Donations Manager in monitoring, maintaining, and processing all donations made to the Voluntary Action Center (VAC).
The primary function of the Thrift Store Sales Associate (SA) is to monitor and maintain sales inventory while providing customer service for the Voluntary Action Center (VAC) thrift store. This job has supervision responsibilities for volunteer staff as necessary. This position is an integral part of the VAC's function as a customer contact position.

Donations Assistant
The primary responsibility of the Case Manager (CM) is to provide case management and financial assistance for Voluntary Action Center (VAC) clients. The CM will strive to assist families in becoming self-sufficient in household operations and provide referral services where necessary.
